amie non-alcoholic rosé is a dry, lightly sparkling wine from the south of France.

Made from Grenache grapes, amie non-alcoholic rosé is liberated from alcohol through the reverse osmosis process. This process removes the alcohol without evaporation, fully preserving the wine aromas while keeping the residual sugars low; due to this, amie amie non-alcoholic rosé contains less sugar than other non-alcoholic wines currently on the market.

Tasting Notes

amie non-alcoholic rosé is zesty and zippy, with aromas of peaches and melon and a refreshing, delicate effervescence. Its dry, moreish finish comes from very low residual sugar levels. Best served chilled, best enjoyed with friends!

Terroir

amie non-alcoholic rosé is a refreshing, dry non-alcoholic wine. The vines grow in clay-limestone soil, giving the wine its fresh, vibrant character.

Winemaking

Alcohol is removed through reverse osmosis, a method that preserves the wine’s natural aromas. Many other non-alc wines use spinning to de-alcoholise, a process that often requires flavours to be added back afterward.
