Terroir

This wine comes from the Côtes de Gascogne (Gascony) in the south-west of France, an idyllic corner framed by the Massif Central and the Pyrenees. The region is celebrated for producing fresh, vibrant white wines. A sunny, warm climate with Mediterranean influences is balanced by the cooling Atlantic, and the diverse terroirs of the appellation reveal the full potential of local varieties like Sauvignon Blanc, Colombard, and Gros Manseng.

winemaking

The winemaking process is designed to preserve freshness and bring out the wine’s aromatic potential. Once the grapes reach optimal maturity, they’re harvested at night to stay as cool as possible before arriving at the winery. The crop is then pneumatically pressed to extract only the premium juices, and fermentation is carried out at low temperatures to maintain aromatic intensity and crisp freshness.
